Indian Drumming Workshop

Indian Drumming Workshop

An Indian Drumming Workshop will immerse your children in the history of this art form, which stretches back many thousands of years.

Throughout the session, we will introduce various rhythms and beats in order to get your children engaged and they will learn about Cultural Awareness and Musical Appreciation.

Designed to enhance your school's Cultural Events, the Indian Drumming Workshops will also combine many elements of the National Curriculum and children will learn how to use traditional Indian drums such as the Dohl drum.

A typical Indian Drumming Workshop consists of up to six sessions throughout the day, which culminate in an engaging performance at the end allowing children to demonstrate the exciting new skills they have learnt.
