Primary Workshops for Schools

Indian Dance Workshop

India has had a long romance with the art of dance, so what better way to celebrate this wonderfully unique and diverse culture than booking Primary Workshop for School’s Indian Dance workshop. Your children will be enchanted by the graceful movements used in traditional Indian dances and thrilled by the upbeat, modern Bollywood style of dance.

Indian dance pairs especially well with our Indian drumming workshop. Our amazing Indian costumes and ankle bells can be included in the sessions, free of charge, subject to availability. We can cater for a single class or multiple classes so whatever your requirements, we can create a workshop to suit. Whilst available to enjoy all year round, it is an absolute must-do when celebrating Diwali in October/November and Holi between late February and late March and can be enjoyed during Cultural Week, Arts Week and International Day.

For more information on our Indian Dance Workshop, give us a call on 01536 265432 or email us on [email protected].

Workshop Performance

Workshop & Performance

Workshop Sessions:

Up to 8 sessions

During a typical day-long workshop, Primary Workshops for Schools can work with up to 30 children in a session and deliver 6 sessions, stretching to 8 if required. Costumes and ankle bells can be included in the session free of charge but subject to availability. The workshop can then end with a performance from the children during which they can showcase the moves they’ve learnt throughout the day and develop in confidence.
