prevCoronavirus Update
We are currently open and able to answer any questions you may have regarding our workshops.
Most of our workshops can be run successfully using social distancing.
World Book Day is the biggest celebration of its kind. Not only is it a celebration of reading, but it’s also a celebration of books, authors and illustrators worldwide. At Primary Workshops we understand the importance of the pleasure of books and reading in schools so, in addition to our storytelling workshop, we offer a dance workshop that brings children’s favourite authors to life.
This is a fantastic way for children to remember World Book Day as not only does it mark World Book Day, it fires up the children’s imagination which is especially effective for the children who are less keen on reading for pleasure. We encourage children to dress up in their favourite character’s costume to make this workshop an even more colourful and memorable experience.
Our ‘World Book Day’ dance workshop links perfectly with World Book Day

Workshop Sessions:
Up to 8 sessions
Let our talented dance choreographer transport the children into character and make World Book Day a more active one this year. We can deliver up to 8 dance sessions throughout the school day and cater for a single class or multiple classes, so whatever your requirements, we can create a workshop to suit. The children can then have an opportunity to perform a routine at the end of the day.
