prevCoronavirus Update
We are currently open and able to answer any questions you may have regarding our workshops.
Most of our workshops can be run successfully using social distancing.
Thanks to the popularity of the BBC series Strictly Come Dancing, Ballroom and Latin American dance are more fashionable than ever! Every Autumn we get hooked on the show that sees celebrities and their professional dance partner battle it out to win the highly sought-after Glitter Ball Trophy.
So why not get caught up in the hype, get the children involved and marvel at their dazzling display of ballroom routines. Choose from:
Ballroom – Waltz – Tango – Foxtrot – Viennese Waltz – Quickstep
Latin American – Samba – Paso Doble – Jive – Cha Cha
Popular – Charleston – Salsa – Rock ‘n’ Roll – Argentine Tango – American Smooth
Our Strictly Ballroom dance workshop is popular all year round and links perfectly with Healthy Eating Weeks, International Weeks, Cultural Weeks and Arts Weeks.
For more information on our Strictly Ballroom Dance Workshop, give us a call on 01536 265432 or email us on [email protected].
Workshop Sessions:
Up to 8 sessions
During a typical day-long workshop, Primary Workshops for Schools can work with up to 30 children in a session and deliver 6 sessions, stretching to 8 if required. The children can even work towards an end of day performance which gives them the opportunity to showcase the routines they’ve learnt throughout the day.
