We are currently open and able to answer any questions you may have regarding our workshops.
Most of our workshops can be run successfully using social distancing.
The Olympic flame will be lit in March 2020 but the heat is already rising and preparations are well underway for the next Olympic Games which take place in Tokyo next summer.
The Olympics have long been a strong source of inspiration to children and after the success of our previous Olympic-themed workshop, we at Primary Workshops for Schools are bringing back our massively popular Olympic dance workshop to coincide with the Olympic Games 2020 being held in Tokyo.
We will immerse the children into the spirit of the Olympic Games with a ‘torch-lit’ opening ceremony. They will hear the sound of a familiar Olympic anthem and watch the raising of the flag marking the official commencement of your workshop.
Children will then learn a traditional dance routine from their chosen country and, with the Olympic protocol in mind, your day will end with an official closing ceremony to mark the end of your workshop.
No Olympic Games is complete without medals so we’re awarding all those who partake in our Olympic dance workshop with a gold medal in recognition of their participation.
Let your Olympic dance experience commence with an official opening ceremony after which we can deliver six interactive dance sessions teaching a traditional dance routine from a country of your choice. Your day will end with a rewarding closing ceremony where the participants will receive their gold medal of achievement.
Our Olympics dance workshop will be popular throughout 2020 and links perfectly with Healthy Eating Week and Sports Day.
