Primary Workshops for Schools Healthy Living Workshops will introduce your children to the concept of healthy living, including having a healthy mind. Having a healthy mind allows children and young people to develop the resilience to cope with whatever life throws at them and grow into well-rounded, healthy adults.
As we all know, lots of things impact on mental well-being including:
Being in good physical health, eating a healthy, balanced diet, and getting regular exercise
Having time and the freedom to play, indoors and outdoors
Being part of a family that gets along well most of the time
Going to a school that looks after the well-being of all its pupils
Taking part in local activities for young people.
To keep your mind healthy, you should keep your body healthy.
Our Healthy Living Workshop aims to help your children develop strategies and make the best choices to help improve their mental and physical well-being to give them the best chance of living a healthier lifestyle.
Up to 6 sessions
During a typical day-long workshop, Primary Workshops for Schools can deliver six captivating sessions with up to 30 children in each session.
